Terms of Service

🤝Go2Close Communications & Fee’s
By submitting any of our buyer or seller submission forms in our website, you (“Subscriber”) hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Consent to Communication: Subscriber grants Go2close Transaction Corodinator LLC (Go2Close) permission to send text messages and emails regarding submitter forms.

Privacy: Subscriber’s information will be treated confidentially in line with our privacy policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

Unsubscribe: Subscriber can unsubscribe from the communication list or text alerts at any time by replying with “STOP” to the text message or clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the email.

Messaging Rates: Subscriber acknowledges that while participation with Go2Close communication is free, standard mobile messaging rates may apply based on their mobile carrier. Subscriber accepts any charges at their sole cost and expense and releases Go2Close Transaction Coordinator LLC  from any liability arising from such charges.

Release of Claims: Subscriber releases Go2Close from any future claims related to messaging charges or communication received through the Go2Close communication.

Ownership of Content: Subscriber acknowledges that the text sequence and content of communications are solely owned by Go2Close. Subscriber agrees not to copy, sell, or duplicate the content without the expressed written consent of Go2Close.

Fee Structure: 

  1. Buyer OR Seller Transaction: For a single-party transaction involving either a buyer or a seller, our fee is a flat rate of $400. This fee becomes applicable upon the successful closing of the transaction.
  2. Buyer AND Seller Transaction: In the case of a transaction involving both a buyer and a seller, our fee is set at $600. This fee is broken down as follow: $200 due once listing goes active and $400 due upon successful closing of the transaction.
  3. Payment Process: Upon the successful closing of your real estate transaction, our fee will be invoiced as per the structure outlined above. Invoices will be issued within 7 days after the transaction’s closure. Payment instructions and details will be provided in the invoice for your convenience. In the event the Subscriber’s brokerage allows for Go2Close to be added to the commission disbursement form, we will automatically add our fee in to be collected and paid by the closing agent at closing. Invoices are due 7 days after receipt.

By submitting the form, Subscriber agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read and understood the above points. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit Buyer or Listing Form.
