- Change Bright Listing to Pending.
- Coordinate and follow up with title company and loan process with lender.
- Order Resale Package for HOA or Condo Association.
- Confirm commission and administration fees with title on final ALTA.
- Prepare final file for client will copies of all documentation for the transaction.
- Complete and deliver a final file with all documentation and cover (if needed) to you or your broker after closing.
- Coordinate sign pick up.
- Create Rental Listing on BRIGHT system and save for agent editing.
- Follow up with agent’s rental application website and follow procedure for background checks.
- Execute paperwork for lease once application has been accepted by landlord.
- Schedule final walk-through.
